Before you book
- Every dog needs a current vaccination record on file — see the pet document policy.
- We aim to respond to booking requests within one business day.
- Nothing is charged until we approve your dates.
- You'll be asked to accept the boarding agreement and the emergency veterinary authorisation for each booking.
